What We DoClifton Ministries SantuaryClifton Night Hospitality began as a program of Clifton Presbyterian Church. The church has since folded, but the ministry continues. The shelter primarily serves older and medically fragile men. We participate in this ministry in small ways that are important to us, our children and the men who are guests there. The first Thursday of every month we prepare and serve a meal for the men at Clifton Night Hospitality. We always try to fix either a good comfort food or something they may not get too often. Prayer Group
Weekly EucharistEach Sunday we share the Eucharist and these words are spoken: There is nothing you have to do or say or believe to be fed this holy meal. From the beginning of time the Holy One has fed the people. From the fruit of the garden to manna in the desert, to meals that call us to remember the stories of divine activity of liberating people from oppression. If for any reason you do not wish to share this meal, we ask that you still come be a part of the circle, for this meal must never must never be a test of who is inside and who is outside the circle. Bread for the journey. Drink in the promises of God. Sabbath Meal
